1. General Liability
- Assumption of Risk: Participation in any activities at Canine Colosseum is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries sustained by you, your dog, or any third party during your visit.
2. Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Booking: All bookings must be made in advance through our booking portal.
- Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
3. Damages & Equipment Use
- Damages: Any damages to our facilities or equipment caused by you or your dog will be charged to the card on file.
- Equipment Abuse: Abuse or misuse of our equipment is strictly prohibited. Offenders may be asked to leave without refund and could face additional charges.
4. Conduct & Behavior
- Off-Leash Policy: Dogs must remain on-leash unless inside the designated Colosseum area.
- Prohibited Items: Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted on the premises.
- Aggressive Behavior: Dogs displaying aggressive behavior must be leashed and removed from the premises immediately.
5. Health & Safety
- Vaccinations: All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious diseases.
- Health Status: Dogs showing signs of illness should not be brought to Canine Colosseum.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canine Colosseum, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.
7. Modifications
Canine Colosseum reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
